This January, Enicapital foundation hosted a zoom conference titled ‘Money talks: How Personal Financial Management impacts business performance’. During this workshop Enicapital foundation led a conversation around how employee’s personal financial management practices affect the business’ overall productivity. The ladies had plenty to share from experience. The key takeaway was that it is important for businesses to offer training and capacity building on personal financial management to their employees.
